Can I return my order?

Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You can only return products purchased directly from us through our webshop. If you purchased the products through another webshop/store, please contact the webshop/store where you purchased them.

How do I report a return?

You can register a return by adding your order number to the package and sending the item to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Within how many days do I have to return the product?

After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product to us.

In what condition should the product be returned?

The product must:

  • to be unused and undamaged
  • to be in the original packaging
  • to be returned complete with package inserts

Products that are clearly used or damaged may have reduced value.

Which products cannot be returned?

The following products are excluded from returns:

  • hygiene products where the seal has been broken (e.g. teething rings if applicable)
  • personalized or specially made products
Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the problem. We will provide a suitable solution.

When will I receive my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the returned shipment, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.

What if my return does not meet the conditions?

If a return doesn't meet our terms and conditions, we'll contact you. The product can then be returned to you.
