Which countries does Dunja Toys ship to?
We currently ship to all EU member states. For shipping to other countries, please contact us.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on the delivery address and the size of the order.
What is the delivery time?
Orders placed in the Netherlands before 6:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day. The estimated delivery time is stated at checkout. During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer. Orders outside the Netherlands have a longer delivery time.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your package.
What if I am not home when the delivery takes place?
The delivery service will attempt to re-deliver the package or deliver it to a nearby collection point. You will receive a notification from the carrier about this.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [enter email address] and attach photos of the damage. We will provide a suitable solution.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
First, check the track & trace information. If you haven't received your package after the indicated delivery time, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.
Are orders packaged sustainably?
Yes. We strive to package our orders as environmentally friendly as possible, using minimal packaging materials and recyclable materials whenever possible.
