Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receipt without stating any reason. You may only return products that were purchased directly from us through our webshop. If you purchased the products via another webshop or store, please contact the webshop or store where you made your purchase.
How do I register a return?
You can register a return by adding your order number to the package and sending the item to our warehouse. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. The return address is:

Within how many days must I return the product?
After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the product back to us.
In what condition must the product be returned?
The product must be:
- unused and undamaged
- in its original packaging
- returned complete with all inserts and manuals
Products that are clearly used or damaged may be subject to a reduction in value.
Which products cannot be returned?
The following products are excluded from return:
- hygiene products where the seal has been broken (e.g. teething rings, if applicable)
- personalized or custom-made products
Who pays the return shipping costs?
The costs for returning products are borne by the customer.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
Has your product arrived damaged or defective? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the issue. We will provide an appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount (including any standard shipping costs) within 14 days via the original payment method.
What if my return does not meet the conditions?
If a return does not meet our conditions, we will contact you. In that case, the product may be sent back to you.
